Photography Policy

The purpose of this document is to define and outline a Photography Policy for Sydney Northern Rays Water Polo Club, covering still photography and video filming.

1. Knox Aquatic Centre has “No Photography Policy” which means anyone including parents, students and players are not allowed to take photos or videos at any time within the facility.
   
   Only approved and authorised photographers will be allowed take photos within the facility and per the Memorandum of Understanding that we have with the Knox Aquatic Centre.
   
   We request that you respect the rules which have been assigned and are a condition of entry onto the school premises and the Knox Aquatic Centre.

2. Sydney Rays will only ever allow the authorised photographers, coaches, or committee members to take photos and videos of any club activity within Knox Aquatic Centre. Sydney Rays must notice Head of Aquatics beforehand with details and be approved to continue.

3. Sydney Rays will ask for verbal consent from all participants of any photos and videos before taking the shot. All photos and videos will be shared with our Publicity Officer for marketing purposes.
